Why this course exists
Complex problems cannot be solved in a straight line. Systems thinking gives you the tools to see the whole, uncover hidden connections and recognize what actually causes a situation. Combined with systems modeling you can make those interactions visible, play through different paths, and see long-term dynamics that stay invisible in everyday work.
The second benefit is the one I consider greater: modeling together helps people notice their own thinking errors, state their assumptions out loud, and recognize local optimization. What comes out of it are decisions that everyone involved still supports afterwards.
Who it is for
Employees, managers and anyone who wants to understand the systems they work in more deeply. No prior knowledge is required.
