That difference is hard to explain and easy to experience. So the session does not open with a slide, it opens with a simulation.

The simulation You experience for yourself the difference between local, individual optimization and optimizing the overall system.
The talk Why a team that learns AI together outperforms a room full of lone fighters.
The transfer In the workshop only: in facilitated sessions you carry what you experienced into your own organization.
Compact format or half a day
The compact format, from 60 minutes, covers the simulation and the talk. That is enough for the difference to be in the room rather than merely claimed.
The half-day workshop adds the transfer. Only there does the experience turn into a question about your own organization.
