Course with LeSS certification

Certified LeSS Practitioner

Large-Scale Scrum, from principles to practice

The in-depth LeSS course. Three days, in person, with official certification.

What it covers

Large-Scale Scrum is not a process you lay over an organization. It is a systemic approach to product development with several teams working on one product. The course covers the principles, the rules and the guides, and above all the question of what follows from them for your organization.

There is little lecturing and a lot of work. A substantial part of the time goes into exercises, accounts of actual adoptions, and your questions. Which topics get the most depth is decided in the room.

Who it is for

Anyone involved in a LeSS adoption or preparing one: product owners, development teams, Scrum Masters, managers, internal coaches.

Basic Scrum knowledge is expected. A Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master will do, as will thorough reading plus your own practice.

What you take away

  • Certification as a Certified LeSS Practitioner
  • An account on less.works with further material and contact with other participants
